Job Description

Responsibilities

Monitor and manage Proof of Delivery (POD) documents from shippers and drivers. Ensure POD documents are complete, accurate, and submitted on time. Follow up with internal teams or shippers for missing or incomplete POD. Maintain and organize POD records (digital & physical). Coordinate with operations and finance teams to support billing processes. Prepare POD tracking reports on a daily/weekly basis. Participate in internal coordination meetings when required. Conduct field visits to shippers if necessary. Requirements

Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field. Minimum 1–3 years of experience in operations administration, logistics administration, or POD handling. Familiar with logistics flow and delivery documentation is a plus. Detail-oriented and strong in document checking. Good communication and coordination skills. Proficient in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets. Able to work independently and in a team. Willing to conduct field visits if required.
