Job Description
Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment processes to attract and retain top talent.
Oversee HR Generalist functions, including employee relations, performance management, and policy implementation.
Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and provide guidance on legal matters related to employment.
Utilize strong interpersonal, negotiation, and problem-solving skills to resolve workplace issues effectively.
Thrive in a fast-paced environment, working collaboratively within a dynamic team.
Demonstrate proven management and leadership abilities to guide and support the HR team.
Develop, implement, and monitor Key Performance Indicator Management (KPIM) to track and enhance employee performance.
Oversee General Affairs functions including company asset management, ensuring proper inventory control, maintenance, and asset utilization.
Monitor and manage company facilities and operational assets
Full WFO 3x at West Jakarta, 2x at South Tangerang
Minimum Qualifications
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Law or equivalent.
Have more than 3 years of experience
Strong in recruitment and Generalist HR Matters
Having knowledge of Indonesia Labor Law
Good interpersonal, negotiation, and problem-solving skill
Able to work in a fast-paced environment and in team work
Proven strong management and leadership skill
Experience in creating and understanding Key Performance Indicator Management (KPIM).
