Main Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Analyzes assigned key account sales performance data and identifies areas for improvement through superior implementation of company’s sales programs, understands and effectively implements programs to monitor, measure and track sales projects.
Analyzes changing key account needs and market trends, understands how they affect the current and future business, and responds proactively to secure long‑term business performance.
Negotiates with assigned key accounts to ensure formulary access, profitability and sales performance.
Builds and maintains strong relationships with key account leaders, industry peers and distributors to create positive impact on company image and business goals.
Monitors and maintains budget for the assigned key accounts, understanding the importance of financial results to determine the worth of investment.
Develops strategies that maximize distribution of product lines through complex distribution channels and analyzes problems within the distribution channel, reporting them to the National Account Manager.
Maintains strong relationships with marketing and ethical sales staff to enhance business performance.
Participates in brand teams to ensure that customer needs and opportunities are quickly and successfully incorporated into enterprise, business unit and product strategies.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree
Basic understanding of Modern Market Channel, Category Management and Key Accounts Management
Presentation and negotiation skills
