Responsibilities
Develop and execute KOL or Influencer Marketing strategies in line with brand and campaign targets.
Manage and lead KOL Specialist team.
Source and manage a qualified KOL Database based on campaign objectives.
Negotiate partnerships and contracts with KOLs or agencies.
Manage end-to-end KOL campaigns from briefing to reporting.
Ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and timelines.
Collaborate with internal teams to optimize campaign execution.
Track and analyze campaign performance (engagement, conversion, ROI).
Prepare campaign reports and performance insights.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years’ experience in KOL/Influencer Marketing.
Solid understanding of the KOL landscape and major social media platforms.
Proven ability to handle multiple KOL partnerships and campaigns concurrently.
Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving capabilities.
Skilled in KOL negotiations and contract administration.
Able to thrive in fast-paced environments with tight deadlines and targets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
