Role Overview

The

Demand Planning Manager

will be responsible for developing and executing accurate demand forecasts to support sales, marketing, and supply chain operations. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams — including Sales, Logistic, Supply Chain and Finance — to ensure optimal inventory levels, minimize stockouts and excess, and drive efficiency across the planning process.

Key Responsibilities Lead the end-to-end demand planning process for all product categories within the beauty portfolio. Develop, review, and maintain monthly demand forecasts using statistical models and business insights. Partner with Sales and Marketing teams to incorporate promotional activities, product launches, and market trends into the forecast. Monitor forecast accuracy and identify key drivers of variance; implement corrective actions as needed. Collaborate with Supply Planning to ensure alignment between demand and production capacities. Support S&OP (Sales and Operations Planning) meetings, providing data-driven insights and recommendations. Manage new product introductions (NPI) and phase-out planning to ensure smooth transitions. Provide inventory analysis and recommendations to balance service levels and working capital. Continuously improve forecasting processes, tools, and KPIs.

Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Economics, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, or supply chain management — preferably in the

beauty, cosmetics, or FMCG industry . Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in forecasting tools Advanced Excel and data visualization skills (Power BI or Tableau a plus). Excellent communication and collaboration skills across departments. Strong business acumen with a customer-focused mindset.
