About the role We are seeking a talented and driven Marketing Property to join our team at PT Mawar Sharon Mandiri in Soreang, West Java. As a Marketing Property, you will play a crucial role in promoting and selling our diverse range of residential properties to prospective clients. What you’ll be doing

Developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to showcase our property offerings

Organising and participating in property showcases, open houses, and other promotional events

Generating and nurturing leads through networking, referrals, and digital marketing channels

Conducting property viewings and providing personalised guidance to potential buyers

Negotiating sales agreements and ensuring a smooth transaction process

Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the local real estate market and industry trends

Collaborating with the sales and customer service teams to deliver exceptional client experiences

Proven experience in real estate or property sales, preferably within the residential market

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients
