Job Description
Responsibilities:
1.Strategic Program Design & Planning
Partner with business leaders and HR Business Partners to identify skill gaps and development needs through surveys, interviews, and performance data analysis,in order to design and maintain clear models of the skills, knowledge, and behaviors required for success in various roles. Create comprehensive development programs for different employee segments, such as new hires (onboarding), high-potentials, emerging leaders, and senior leaders.
2. Program Implementation & Facilitation
Manage Logistics: Oversee the scheduling, registration, and communication for all training and development initiatives.
Facilitate Training: Directly deliver workshops and training sessions (if applicable) on topics like leadership, communication, and performance management.
Manage Vendors & Platforms: Identify and manage relationships with external training providers, coaches, and consultants. Administer the Learning Management System (LMS)
3.Measurement & Continuous Improvement
-Measure the effectiveness and ROI of development programs using metrics like participation rates, employee engagement scores, skill proficiency improvement, and internal promotion rates.
-Systematically collect and analyze feedback from participants and their managers to continuously improve program quality.
- Prepare and present regular reports to leadership on the progress and business impact of talent development initiatives.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree and above.
2. 10+ years experience in HR field ( minimum 5 years in COE OTD/L&D).
3. Have knowledge and relationship with many good quality vendor L&D
4. Fluent in English since we will collaborate with other countries colleague.
6. Experience in MNC & tech companies is a plus.
7. High spirit and no issue as IC(Individual contributor).
