Role Description This is a full‑time, on‑site role for a B2B Marketing Specialist (Bakery Ingredients) based in Tangerang. The primary responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with B2B clients, and developing marketing strategies to promote bakery ingredient products. Daily activities involve collaborating with the sales team, conducting market research, engaging with clients to understand their needs, and creating targeted marketing campaigns to drive business growth.

Qualifications

Knowledge and experience in Bakery, Baking, and Food Preparation

Familiarity with producing a variety of baked goods, especially Cookies and Bread

Strong interpersonal and communication skills for client interaction and relationship management

Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective B2B strategies

Proficiency in creating marketing campaigns tailored to the bakery ingredients industry

Highly organized and detail‑oriented, with a strong work ethic

Experience in the Food & Beverages industry, particularly in bakery ingredients, is a plus

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is advantageous
