Qualification Have more than 3 years of experience as Operation Manager in the Cafe & Bar Concept Having F&B Management skill (Opening new outlet, P&L, Costing, Restaurant Operation and Training) Fully understanding of Bar & Cafe operations, handling complaints, staff development, and customer relation Plan and coordinate various events, including private parties, live entertainment, and themed evenings.
