Sales and Marketing Staff

Job Description : Handle sales activities for freight forwarding services (sea freight and/or land transportation) to meet sales targets. Find new customers and maintain good relationships with existing clients. Prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and follow up until deals are closed. Coordinate with operations and customer service to ensure smooth shipment handling. Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities. Maintain and update sales pipeline and sales reports. Respond to customer inquiries, provide shipment updates, and resolve service issues professionally. Support company revenue growth and market expansion in the Jakarta area.
