Support daily customer relationship management activities and campaign execution using CRM tools. Update and manage customer data in the CRM system. Support campaign fulfillment and customer follow-ups. Track customer interactions and campaign progress. Prepare basic CRM and campaign reports. Coordinate with internal teams as needed. Job Requirements

D3 or Bachelor’s degree in any major Basic experience using CRM tools Familiar with campaign support or customer data management (preferred) Basic understanding of AI or automation tools is an advantage This is a freelance remote position (WFH)
