About the Job This role is responsible for managing and optimizing strategic partnerships across payment and financial service providers to ensure seamless, cost-efficient, and reliable payment operations. The position oversees end-to-end partnership governance, drives payment orchestration strategy, monitors performance metrics such as cost and success rate, and ensures compliance with relevant regulations in the digital and gaming ecosystem.

Job Descriptions: Manage partnerships with external parties including Payment Gateways, E-wallets, Banks, and Risk Management providers. Oversee all partnership documentation, agreements, and compliance requirements. Monitor and benchmark payment cost structures and transaction success rates as key performance metrics. Develop and execute payment orchestration strategies in the Gaming business in collaboration with internal stakeholders. Ensure alignment with current regulations related to payments and digital products. Continuously identify optimization opportunities to improve reliability, efficiency, and user payment experience.

Job Requirements Strong understanding of payment ecosystems, digital wallets, banking integrations, and risk management frameworks. Experience in managing external partnerships and vendor negotiations. Solid analytical skills to evaluate cost structures, transaction success rates, and performance metrics. Good knowledge of payment regulations and compliance requirements in digital businesses. Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills. Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple partnerships simultaneously.
