Job Description
Adecco Indonesia is representing a multinational FMCG Company in the looking for Marketing Manager with placement in Jakarta.
Key Responsibilities
1. Brand Strategy & Management
Lead the development and execution of annual brand plans, including positioning, communication strategies, and innovation roadmaps.
Analyze market insights, competitive trends, and consumer behavior to guide brand direction and identify growth opportunities.
Oversee end-to-end brand performance, ensuring alignment with global and regional brand guidelines.
2. Digital Marketing & Online Activation (Primary Focus)
Develop data-driven
digital marketing strategies
to increase brand visibility, engagement, and conversion.
Manage
online activation campaigns
across social media, e-commerce platforms, programmatic advertising, influencers, and owned digital channels.
Work closely with digital agencies to plan and optimize paid media campaigns, including social, search, and display.
Drive always-on content strategies that strengthen brand storytelling and relevance in digital ecosystems.
Track, measure, and report digital campaign performance (ROI, CPC, CTR, conversion rates) to continuously improve effectiveness.
3. E-Commerce & Omnichannel Execution
Partner with e-commerce teams and key retailers to develop platform-specific campaigns and promotional calendars.
Ensure consistency of brand messaging across online marketplaces, brand stores, and offline retail activations.
Support digital shelf excellence, including content optimization, ratings and reviews, and category visibility.
4. Campaign Development & Integrated Marketing
Lead the creation of 360° campaigns that integrate
digital-first activation
with traditional ATL and BTL channels.
Manage creative development from briefing to execution, ensuring campaigns are insight-led and aligned to brand objectives.
Coordinate with trade marketing teams to support in-store activation and shopper engagement initiatives.
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with sales, supply chain, R&D, finance, and regional/global marketing teams.
Align brand priorities across functions and ensure seamless execution of marketing activities.
6. Budget Management
Manage the brand’s A&P budget, ensuring efficient allocation across digital and offline channels.
Oversee external creative, digital, media, and research agency partners to deliver high-quality output.
7. Insights, Reporting & Performance Tracking
Use analytics, digital dashboards, and research data to track brand health, campaign performance, and consumer trends.
Provide regular performance updates and recommendations to senior management.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
Minimum 6–8 years of experience in brand management or marketing within FMCG.
Strong experience in
digital marketing , performance marketing, social media, influencer management, and online activation.
Proven ability to manage complex projects and cross-functional teams in a regional or multinational environment.
Strong analytical mindset with experience working with digital metrics and marketing dashboards.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
Creative thinker with strong commercial acumen.
