Responsibilities Lead ,manage, and coordinate the architectural team with engineering teams, consultants, and project stakeholders Review and approve architectural drawings, materials, and specifications Maintain design quality, functionality, and cost efficiency Provide architectural support during construction and resolve design issues

Qualifications Minimal Bachelor’s Degree in

Architecture Min. 8 years of architectural experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role ( in a developer company is a plus) Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and related design software Experience handling large-scale residential, commercial, or mixed-use projects Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Able to work under tight deadline Willing to be placed at
