These capabilities are a must

Consultative selling, working with HR to propose solutions Leadership in process improvement in talent acquisition and/or talent management developed from direct working experience Meeting/exceeding sales targets Strong knowledge of HR workflows (talent acquisition, assessment, L&D, etc.) Excellent communication and presentation skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English Self-motivated, strategic thinker with high integrity and professionalism Existing network of HR leaders and decision-makers in Indonesia Ability in selling to relevant BUMN, enterprise, or tech-driven companies clients Love CRM tools (HubSpot) Love meeting people in-person Efficient in using technology to quickly establish & build relationships Fast adopter of the latest technologies Fast (within hours) creation of proposals If required, work from home without distractions, attending virtual video meetings
