The Guardian of Deadlines & Details

The Role:

Oversee the end-to-end fit-out of showflat galleries and units.

Liaise with developers, MEP consultants, and main contractors to ensure seamless delivery.

Manage Project budgets, site safety, and quality control under tight TOP schedules.

Who You Are:

A veteran of the Singapore renovation scene with a strong network of sub-contractors.

Exceptional at problem-solving on-site (because things rarely go 100% to plan).

Highly organized, communicative, and firm but fair in vendor management.

3+ years of experience in project management for ID firms.
