Job Description

This is a highly dynamic and multifaceted position focused on maintaining client relationships, managing campaigns, and ensuring smooth coordination both internally and externally. The role acts as the bridge between the client and the internal team, ensuring seamless campaign execution while consistently delivering results and maintaining a high level of client satisfaction. It demands an individual who is organized, detail-oriented, and skilled at managing both people and projects (account workload and time).

What You'll Do Client Relationship Management:

The account is expected to develop and maintain strong relationships with clients. This includes frequent communication to understand their needs, preferences, and pain points. They must be able to empathize with the client’s business goals and challenges and respond proactively. Campaign Ownership:

Once the Business Development (BD) team has closed a deal, the account manager takes over to execute the campaign. This includes understanding the specifics of the campaign, the goals, the timeline, and the deliverables. Task Delegation, Execution and Monitoring:

Managing the delivery of detailed tasks includes setting clear milestones, deadlines, and ensuring that every team member is clear on their responsibilities. It’s a highly organized process that requires tracking and monitoring the progress of multiple campaign elements simultaneously. Strategic Alignment:

The account should collaborate with the BD team to ensure that the strategic goals of the campaign align with what was pitched during the sales process. This ensures there is no misalignment between the client's expectations and what is being delivered. Collaborating Across Teams:

The role requires close interaction with various departments such as creative, design, media buying, strategy, and production. The account manager ensures that the campaign’s requirements are communicated effectively and that all departments are working towards the same goal. Upselling & Tailored Solutions : The account will propose and manage solutions that are aligned with the client’s objectives. This could involve identifying opportunities & upselling, optimizing current campaigns, or suggesting new strategies. Customer Satisfaction & Retention:

Ensuring that clients are not just satisfied, but loyal. This includes anticipating issues before they arise and addressing them quickly to keep clients happy and prevent churn.

Who You Are Bachelor's Degree of any background. Candidate should have

2+ years of experience

in this field, preferably someone from

Creative Agency who has extensive experience in managing Client. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and stakeholders efficiently. Deep understanding of client needs, proactive problem-solving, and ability to tailor approaches per client/brand. Proficient in english with ability to communicate clearly, confidently, and professionally with clients and internal teams. Meticulous in handling campaign details, deadlines, and client requirements. Comfortable working with diverse clients and adjusting strategies based on different brand personalities.
