IT & GA Supervisor

Requirements:

Min. Associate's degree (D3) or Bachelor's degree (S1) Information Technology

Having experience at least 5 years in related field with current or last position as Supervisor

Must have Cisco CCNA Certification (Mandatory)

Must have CompTIA Certification (Mandatory)

Having knowledge related to General Affairs

Good verbal and written English Skills

Have driver's license (SIM A & C)

Job Description (IT):

IT Infrastructure Administration (HP Server, Windows AD Environment, NAS Synology, L2 Switch, Cisco, Nakivo backup Replication System).

Manage IT Security (Endpoint Detection Respond with Sophos & CyberReason sensor, Antivirus, Firewalls/Network segmentation, PC , IT Policies and Procedures).

IT Audit (Head office & branch office)

IT Management System.

Supporting the Company can make good performances and growing with IT Technology Implementation.

Job Description (GA):

Supporting HRIS Implementation.

Developing and drive GA strategies to be aligned with the Company’s business goals across the organization.

Supporting the good Company and Good Government implementation with continually Increasing GA KPI.

Supporting Established and Develop SOP for GA Operation. Ensure the implementation of ISO 9001:2015 is in place and comply with the company requirements.

Manage and oversee the company's fixed assets.

Responsible for making and accurate routine reports and analyze expenses and improve GA performance.

Procurement/Inventory Control of office stationaries and pantry supplies

Building maintenance, outsourcing employee arrangements and government permits.
