Purchasing Associate Manager

to strengthen our operational excellence and supplier ecosystem.

Job Descriptions:

Assist in developing and executing procurement strategies aligned with overall business objectives

Oversee and guide purchasing team activities, including purchase order creation, order tracking, and vendor coordination

Prepare and present reports on purchasing performance, KPIs, and cost‑saving initiatives to senior management

Source, maintain, and develop strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure consistent quality and reliability

Skills and Requirements:

Minimum 4 years of experience in procurement or supply chain, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role

Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills

Excellent negotiation and communication abilities

Proven knowledge of sourcing and procurement techniques, and experience with ERP systems such as

SAP, Oracle, or Odoo

Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

High attention to detail and proactive mindset
