Overview As the Principal Primary at Yayasan Bina Kreativitas Montessori, you will be responsible for leading the primary school division and ensuring the delivery of an exceptional Cambridge and National education programme. This full‑time role is based in North Jakarta, Jakarta Raya.

What you'll be doing

Providing strategic direction and oversight for the primary school division

Fostering a positive and collaborative school culture that aligns with the Cambridge and National Curriculum

Overseeing the development and implementation of the Cambridge and National curriculum

Recruiting, managing, and developing a team of talented primary school teachers

Ensuring compliance with all relevant educational regulations and standards

Actively engaging with parents, students, and the wider school community

Continually seeking opportunities to enhance the primary school programme

Collaborating on creative e‑marketing ideas

Conducting control and evaluation of primary school departments, both academic and non‑academic

What we're looking for

Minimum 5 years of experience as a primary school principal or in a similar leadership role

Deep understanding of the Cambridge and National educational approach and a commitment to its principles

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team

Strong strategic thinking and problem‑solving abilities

Proven track record of driving continuous improvement and innovation in education

Familiarity with relevant educational regulations and standards
