Job Description Lead and manage activities within the estate section including seedling, land clearing, plant maintenance, infrastructure, Fresh Fruit Bunch (FFB) production, as well as environmental management, health and safety, social aspects, human resources development, and also maintain the administration with efficient, accurate, and timely manner to achieve high quality and cost efficient.

Job Requirements

Minimum bachelor’s degree, preferably in Agronomy.

At least 3 (three) years of work experience in the same field.

Strong knowledge in occupational health and safety.

Strong tenacity and able to solve problems effectively.

In good physical and mental health.
