Responsibilities
Become part of the Consultant team to provide solutions, resolve problems in the IT Service Management/ITSM area (ITSM Implementation, ITSM improvement and ISO 20000 Certification).
Responsible for completing tasks from the Consulting Team and other related Departments in carrying out daily tasks
Lead a team of ITSM implementations
Maintaining good relationship with the customer and the company's internal team
Adapt and understand the regulation developments related to the IT GRC compliance, best practices, frameworks, or standards.
Acts in an advisory capacity providing expertise and professional knowledge to executive management on ITIL implementation.
Requirements
Minimal 7 years experience in IT Service Management, IT Operation, or Service Desk Manager.
Minimal 7 years in ITSM Project as Consultant.
Certified in ITSM field such as ITILV3 Intermediate, ITILV4, and/or ISO 20000 Auditor.
Bachelorโs degree in information system (IS) or Information Technology (IT)
Computer literate in Microsoft Office
Fluent in English, both written and spoken
Flexible and positive attitude towards work
Willing to travel out of town
