Performance Marketing Specialist

We are looking for a

Performance Marketing Specialist

with hands‑on experience in

paid advertising across Meta, Google, YouTube, and TikTok

to support our real estate and relocation business.

This role focuses on

end-to-end campaign execution

— from planning and launch to monitoring, optimization, and performance reporting.

You will work closely with our marketing and sales teams to generate high-quality leads and continuously improve campaign performance.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, set up, and launch paid advertising campaigns across

Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, YouTube Ads, and TikTok Ads

Develop campaign structures, audiences, targeting strategies, and budget allocation for real estate campaigns

Create and manage ad funnels, including awareness, consideration, and lead generation campaigns

Monitor daily performance, analyze results, and optimize campaigns to improve CPL, CTR, and conversion rates

Coordinate ad creatives (copy, visuals, video) with the internal content or design team

Set up and manage tracking, pixels, conversion events, and basic analytics

Provide regular performance reports and insights with clear recommendations for improvement

Support campaign scaling and new launches for property listings, relocation services, and brand campaigns

Requirements

Proven experience managing paid ads on

Meta, Google, YouTube, and TikTok

Experience in

real estate, property, relocation, or high-ticket services

is highly preferred

Strong understanding of campaign structure, audience targeting, and performance optimization

Comfortable managing campaigns from

launch to reporting

Ability to analyze data and translate numbers into actionable insights

Familiar with pixels, conversion tracking, and basic analytics tools

Detail-oriented, proactive, and performance-driven

Able to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams

Nice to Have

Experience running lead generation campaigns for

property or real estate

Knowledge of retargeting, lookalike audiences, and funnel-based campaigns

Understanding of local and expat markets in Indonesia

Experience working with video-based ads (Reels, Shorts, TikTok)
