JOB VACANCY — LOCAL PROPERTY BROKER (BALI) Well State Properties is looking for an experienced Local Sales Broker to join our team in Bali. We are seeking strong sales professionals who know how to sell and confidently close deals from start to finish. If you are results‑driven, comfortable working with clients, and motivated to grow in a premium real estate environment — this role is for you.

Requirements:

Proven experience in sales / real estate (required)

Strong closing skills and target‑oriented mindset

Excellent communication skills

Knowledge of the Bali property market is a plus
