Overview

Project Manager – High Voltage Contractor We are inviting experienced professionals to join our High Voltage project team. Qualifications

Minimum Diploma IV (D4) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Electrical Engineering. 2–5 years of experience in construction projects (site experience preferred). Able to read shop drawings and understand technical specifications. Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and preparation and analysis of S-curves. Strong understanding of electrical work methods and HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) implementation. Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team. Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Experienced in Substation (AIS) and GIS systems. Willing to be assigned on-site (project-based). Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Technical Management

Develop detailed project plans, including scope of work, timeline, and technical requirements. Ensure all materials and installations comply with applicable high-voltage technical standards. Manage necessary permits for infrastructure projects.

Execution & Monitoring

Supervise site teams, contractors, and vendors in HV component installations. Monitor project progress regularly and take corrective action in case of delays. Ensure quality control standards are met to prevent system failures and maintain safety.

Risk & Safety Management

Identify potential risks (technical, weather, environmental) and develop mitigation strategies. Prioritize HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) procedures due to high electrical hazard risks.

Budget & Resource Management

Control project budget to prevent cost overruns. Coordinate manpower, heavy equipment, and materials allocation.

Stakeholder Management

Act as the main point of contact between clients, internal teams, subcontractors, and third parties. Prepare regular project progress reports for management and stakeholders.

Project Closing

Complete all technical documentation, including as-built drawings and final reports. Ensure formal project handover to the client.

Core Competencies

Strong technical knowledge in High Voltage systems (Substation / Transmission / Underground Cable). Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
