Position Name : Mining Production Group Leader Company : PT. Mitrabara Adiperdana Work location : SITE Department : Production Minimal Experience : 2 Years Close Date : 31-01-2025 Oversee union personnel on rotating shifts while ensuring that the operation complies with authorized practices and procedures, and production requirements are accomplished in a safe and efficient manner Implement an effective safety program conducting safety meetings as required, ensure effective new and refresher safety task training for assigned personnel Monitor and inspect work areas to assure area is safe and in compliance with all company safety rules and regulations Supervise all personnel assigned to them on shift, including assignment of duties, evaluation of performance, training, and recommendation for training Candidate must posses Bachelor's Degree, especially from Mining/Civil/Geologist Engineering At least 2 years working experience is required for this position Good analytical thinking, problem solving skill, leadership skill also time management Focus, detail, conscientious, target oriented and customer satisfaction Willing to work in remote area with roster system (Samarinda, Kalimantan Timur)
