dynamic Country General Manager

to drive

P&L, retail and wholesale operations, merchandising, and store growth

for a leading global sports & lifestyle retail brand in Indonesia.

What You’ll Do: Deliver profitable growth across retail and wholesale channels. Lead

retail operations , merchandising, inventory, and store execution to achieve revenue and market share targets. Build and maintain

strong relationships with landlords and key stakeholders

to support store development and expansion. Shape a

winning culture , developing and coaching high-performing teams. Leverage your knowledge of the

sports retail landscape in Indonesia

to identify growth opportunities and drive business results.

What We’re Looking For: Proven

country or business unit leadership

with P&L responsibility in retail, ideally in sports or lifestyle retail. Strong expertise in

retail operations, wholesale, and merchandising . Deep knowledge of the

Indonesian retail market , including landlord relations and store development. Commercially astute, with strong analytical, strategic planning, and execution skills. Exceptional leadership, stakeholder management, and team development capabilities.
