Position Overview We are seeking a commercially driven and hands-on

Recruitment Manager

to lead end-to-end talent acquisition for Valiram Indonesia. This role will be responsible for building strong talent pipelines across retail operations and corporate functions, ensuring high-quality hires that align with business expansion plans and brand standards. This is a strategic yet operational role, ideal for someone who understands fast-paced retail recruitment and can partner closely with business leaders.

Key Responsibilities Talent Acquisition Strategy Develop and execute recruitment strategies aligned with business expansion and workforce planning. Partner closely with Country Head, Brand Managers, and Retail Operations leaders to understand hiring needs. End-to-End Recruitment Manage full-cycle recruitment for retail (Store Managers, Supervisors, Sales Associates) and corporate roles. Ensure strong candidate experience from sourcing to onboarding. Stakeholder Management Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers. Provide market insights including salary benchmarking and talent availability. Employer Branding Strengthen employer branding initiatives across LinkedIn and other relevant platforms. Build talent pipelines for future expansion projects. Team Leadership Lead and mentor recruitment team members Monitor recruitment KPIs: time to fill, quality of hire, offer acceptance rate. Process Improvement Ensure recruitment processes are efficient, compliant, and aligned with company standards. Drive continuous improvement in sourcing channels and assessment methods.

Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business, or related field. Minimum

6–8 years of recruitment experience , with at least 2–3 years in a managerial capacity. Strong experience in

retail or FMCG recruitment

(luxury retail experience is a plus). Proven track record handling high-volume retail hiring and senior-level roles. Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills. Commercially aware and data-driven mindset. Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia. Able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
