Job Description
The Business Manager will be responsible for overseeing B2B system integration projects, developing business strategies, managing client relationships, and driving business growth through innovative solutions.
Responsibilities
Acquisition new clients B2B or enterprise level
Developing solutions and organizing, planning, creating & delivering compelling proof of concept demonstrations
Prepare and deliver solution-based product presentations and demonstrations to customers.
Working closely with Head of Business and CEO to ensure the successful closure of the sales process
Lead and mentor a team of Sales Specialist to meet or exceed assigned sales targets and objectives.
Close the deal with the client and contribute to the business team in driving revenue
Liaising with Product Managers to provide feedback from clients about product requirements
Keeping abreast of market trends and product & competitor landscape
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer science, IT, Engineering, or a related field
Proven track work experience as B2B Sales Manager for7+ years in IT industry, system integrator, or Digital transformation company
Business Development, Sales Acquisition, Strategic Planning, Project Management and Client Relationship Management skills
Knowledge of IT solutions and digital transformation
Strong negotiation, analytical and problem-solving abilities to make sound business decisions and good presentation skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and adapt at working with multiple stakeholders
Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team
Strategic thinking and planning capabilities to drive business growth and success
Certifications in project management or business analysis are a plus
