About Our Client We are currently representing one of our client with business in the F&B sectors and multiple sites in Indonesia who is looking to expand their team

Job Description

Identify potential new store locations aligned with the company's expansion strategy (malls, mixed‑use developments, high‑street areas, stand‑alone units)

Conduct market surveys, competitor mapping, traffic flow studies, and demographic analysis

Build and maintain a database of potential upcoming developments and available spaces

Develop and nurture strong relationships with landlords, property developers, mall management, and real estate agents

Collaborate with Finance, Operations, and Marketing teams to ensure alignment on projections

Negotiate commercial lease terms including rental rates, service charges, fit‑out periods, incentives, and contract length

Stay updated on commercial real estate trends, mall occupancy trends, and the competitive F&B landscape

The Successful Applicant

Degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience in expansion, business development, leasing, or real estate acquisition-preferably in F&B or retail sector

Strong network with landlords, mall operators, and property developers.

Solid understanding of commercial lease structures, property evaluation, and market research.

Strong financial acumen and experience preparing feasibility studies.

Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to travel for site visits and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
