Partnership Executive

Role Drive partnership initiatives that generate qualified B2B opportunities for Shieldtag. This role focuses on building strategic relationships, identifying collaboration opportunities, and supporting business growth through strong partner networks.

Responsibilities

Identify and develop potential B2B partnerships (agents, distributors, brands, and business partners)

Initiate outreach and build relationships with prospective partners

Manage and maintain ongoing communication with partners

Identify collaboration opportunities that can generate leads and revenue

Support partnership discussions, proposals, and coordination of agreements

Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Sales, and Operations) to execute partnership initiatives

Support and execute partnership-related campaigns, including coordination with social media and content teams

Monitor partnership performance and prepare simple reports on outcomes

Support joint campaigns, events, and partner-related activities when required

Requirements

Minimum 1–3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or partnership roles (B2B preferred)

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Confident in meeting and engaging with new people

Target-oriented with a proactive and driven mindset

Able to manage multiple relationships and follow-ups effectively

Organized, responsive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment

Interest in property, B2B business, or industrial sectors is a plus
