Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a KOL Specialist based in Bekasi, with flexibility for occasional remote work. The KOL Specialist will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), conducting market research to identify potential collaborators, and developing strategies to drive engagement and brand awareness. Responsibilities also include planning, managing, and evaluating KOL campaigns, ensuring alignment with the brand's messaging and goals, and monitoring campaign performance metrics to improve outcomes.

Qualifications

Strong communication and relationship-building skills for engaging and collaborating with Key Opinion Leaders and influencers.

Experience in market research, strategy development, and campaign planning in relevant industries.

Analytical skills to measure and optimize campaign performance based on key metrics and insights.

Organizational and project management abilities to ensure timely and successful campaign execution.

Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and social media platforms.

Knowledge of current trends in social media, influencer marketing, and branding strategies.

Adaptability to work in both an office setting in Bekasi and remotely as needed.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred.

Prior experience in influencer marketing or public relations is an advantage.
