Account Management

Drive growth in merchant purchases by increasing the number of active customers and GMV (Gross Merchandise Value).

Maintain and expand the pipeline of new and existing SMB merchants.

Build and nurture strong relationships with merchants to ensure long-term engagement.

Collaborate with operations teams to optimize merchant processes and operational efficiency.

Address complaints and resolve issues to guarantee customer success and satisfaction.

Analyze merchant performance data, maintain regular performance reports, and monitor key metrics.

Manage administrative tasks such as updating reports, sending invoices, processing client POs, and coordinating with internal teams.

Requirements: Experience in the food & beverage (F&B) supply industry is preferred.

Minimum education: S1 (Bachelor’s) or D3 (Associate) degree.

Comfortable working both in the field and in the office.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
