Lead Software Engineer

Responsibilities : Responsible for directing development team in design, development, coding, review, debugging, application and technical documentation. Coordinate development staff's schedule, Ensure effectiveness communication between team members and other functional areas. Solving impediments around technology, logic or any issues on team. Make your team to be self organised. Maintain good relationship with team members, other division and vendors. Qualification:

​Minimum Qualifications : Minimum Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information System or Information Technology. At least 3 years of working experience in delivery of technology solution and/or large -scale enterprise system. Leadership critical thinking and analytical skills. Problem solving, analyse, evaluate and identify solution. Effective communication skill with ability to influence Preferably someone who experience in managing team using agile principles and has knowledge of Finance/Banking/Insurance.

Nice to have : Nice to have experience in Microservices project, messaging stream (Apache Spark, Kafka Stream, RabbitMQ), CICD, Docker, Kubernetes, DevSecOps Mechanism, Enterprise Cloud Services (AWS, GCP, DO) Know about Java Springboot, Python, OOP, React Native, Angular or ReactJS.
