Developing and executing area-level strategies to expand our AIoT offerings and market share Managing a team of AIoT specialists to deliver high-quality solutions to our Mandarin-speaking clients Fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners and internal teams Identifying new business opportunities and driving the sales process to secure new contracts Overseeing the delivery of AIoT projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget and to the highest standards Monitoring industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for innovation and growth Providing expert advice and guidance to the broader organisation on AIoT-related matters What we're looking for

Extensive experience (2+ years) in a senior AIoT or technology management role Proven track record of successfully leading and expanding AIoT-related businesses or service lines Strong technical expertise in AIoT technologies, including IoT, artificial intelligence and machine learning Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with Mandarin-speaking clients Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to build and motivate high-performing teams Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
