Job Description

Compliance Monitoring: Oversee and ensure adherence to all regulations and internal policies.

Compliance Risk Management: Identify and manage compliance risks, and develop risk-mitigation strategies.

Audit and Reporting: Conduct internal and external compliance audits, and prepare compliance reports for management and regulators.

Training and Development: Develop and implement compliance training programs for employees.

Regulatory Collaboration: Interact and coordinate with regulators to ensure the company’s compliance.

Qualifications

Bachelor/Master Degree, major: Law, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

Having 8–15 years of experience in the field of compliance and Anti–Money Laundering (AML).

Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional (CCEP).

Certified Internal Auditor (CIA).

Certified Risk Management Professional (CRMP).
