Head of Strategy & Sustainability

MAIN RESPONSIBILITY In this strategic leadership role, you’ll shape and drive our sustainability vision across the organization—aligning with Ahold Delhaize’s global health and sustainability agenda. You’ll lead the development and execution of impactful ESG strategies, oversee our Food Safety function, and serve as a key driver of change both internally and externally.

REQUIREMENTS Bachelor's degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Business, Public Policy, or a related field (Master’s preferred) Certified Sustainability Professional (preferred) Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia Proven experience in sustainability/ESG, ideally in the food or retail industry Background in food safety, quality assurance, or regulatory compliance Strong stakeholder engagement and ESG reporting expertise Data-driven mindset with a passion for sustainable, long-term impact
