Job Description
Position Overview:
The SI Sales Supervisor supports the development of the non‑alarm System Integration segment by managing customer relationships, preparing proposals, and ensuring proper execution of the sales process within defined governance rules.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop new customers within the SI segment
Conduct customer needs analysis and requirement clarification
Prepare and deliver solution presentations with Presales support
Coordinate commercial discussions and documentation
Ensure opportunities are properly recorded in CRM
Support smooth handover of awarded projects to technical and operations teams
Ensure compliance with SI operating rules and customer segmentation
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Management, Engineering, IT, or related field
Minimum 3–5 years experience in B2B sales, preferably in SI or security systems
Strong understanding of Video Surveillance, Access Control, or integrated solutions
Good presentation and communication skills
Detail‑oriented and strong coordination ability
Familiar with CRM systems
