Sales & Marketing Manager

About the role This is an exciting opportunity to join PT Xpert Teknologi Inovasi as the Head of Sales & Marketing. In this full-time position based in South Jakarta, you will be responsible for leading the sales and marketing strategy to drive growth for the company. You will work collaboratively with the wider team to identify and capitalise on new business opportunities.

What you'll be doing

Developing and implementing effective sales and marketing plans to achieve revenue targets

Managing and mentoring a team of sales and marketing professionals to maximise performance

Analysing market trends and competitor activity to inform the company's strategic direction

Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and partners

Overseeing the creation of compelling marketing content and campaigns

Reporting on sales and marketing performance metrics to the senior leadership team

Collaborating cross-functionally to ensure seamless customer experience

What we're looking for

Significant experience in a senior sales and marketing leadership role, preferably within the technology sector

Proven track record of developing and executing successful sales and marketing strategies

Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Degree in marketing, business or a related field
