Job Responsibilities

Handle customer inquiries, requests, and complaints via phone, email, chat, or other communication channels using Mandarin and Indonesian. Provide accurate information regarding products and services in a professional manner. Maintain good relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. Handle invoicing and pre‑order operations needs. Coordinate with internal teams (sales, operations, or other departments) to resolve customer issues. Handle customer complaints efficiently, politely, and with a solution‑oriented approach. Assist with administrative tasks related to customer service when needed. Qualifications

Minimum education: High School / Vocational School; Diploma or Bachelor’s degree is preferred. Minimum 1 year of experience as a Customer Service (fresh graduates are welcome to apply). Fluent in Mandarin with strong listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills. Excellent communication skills, friendly, patient, and customer‑oriented. Detail‑oriented, responsible, and able to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
