About The Role Supervise and carry out the production of pastries, bread, bakery, cakes, desserts, chocolates, petit fours, ice cream and ensure that they comply with prescribed recipes and specifications Check and prepare the required mice-en-place according to orders To keep working area at all times in hygienic conditions according to the rules set by the hotel

Your Skills & Experiences Must possess outstanding guest services skills and sophisticated communication skills Expertise in pastry techniques, chocolate work and bakery production, with at least 2-3 years in a supervisory role Prepare recipes of new items for costing and verify cost analysis of each dish Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
