Senior Nurse

We are seeking experienced and dedicated Senior Nurses to join our hospital team across various units and specialty services. The Senior Nurse leads nursing care delivery in the unit, ensuring clinical competence, patient safety, and adherence to hospital protocols.
Requirements
Minimum D3 or S1 in Nursing.
Minimum 5 years of experience in a hospital setting.
Experience in supervising or mentoring junior nurses.
Strong understanding of hospital SOP, patient safety standards, and Infection Prevention & Control (PPI).
Competent in performing and overseeing basic nursing procedures.
Experience in inpatient, ICU, ER, OR, or other hospital units.
Familiar with hospital accreditation standards (KARS) is an advantage.
BLS / BTCLS certification is preferred.
Willing to work in shifts and be placed according to hospital needs.
Strong leadership, communication skills, and clinical judgment.
Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive nursing care in accordance with hospital policies, SOP, and professional standards.
Supervise, mentor, and coach junior nurses to ensure competency and service excellence.
Monitor daily nursing activities within the assigned unit to maintain quality and patient safety standards.
Perform and oversee essential nursing procedures such as IV insertion, medication administration, phlebotomy, wound care, and patient monitoring.
Ensure compliance with Infection Prevention and Control (PPI) policies.
Review and support improvement of nursing SOP in alignment with hospital regulations and accreditation standards.
Monitor nursing documentation accuracy and adherence to hospital protocols.
Coordinate effectively with doctors and multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Participate in audits, incident reporting, and hospital quality improvement programs.
Support unit operations and shift coordination as required.
