Manage end-to-end local & international recruitment for Indonesia-based roles Source candidates outside Indonesia and coordinate interviews across regions Support expatriate hiring and relocation (visa/work permit coordination) Partner with department heads on manpower planning and hiring strategy Supervise recruitment team and monitor hiring KPIs Identify training needs and coordinate employee development & training programs Manage onboarding, probation support, and talent development initiatives Support employer branding and global talent pipeline development Prepare recruitment and training reports and ensure compliance Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Management, or related field 4–6 years experience in recruitment and/or people development Experience in international recruitment / expatriate hiring Leadership experience and strong stakeholder management Familiar with training programs and talent development processes How many years' experience do you have as a Recruitment Role?
