E Commerce Assistant Manager (C2C)

PLACEMENT NOTES We are looking for 2 PIC's that are willing to be placed either on Jakarta or Surabaya

About the role Become an integral part of the E‑Commerce team at PT Uni‑Charm Indonesia Tbk, a leading consumer goods company based in South Jakarta. In this full‑time E‑Commerce Assistant Manager (C2C) role, you will play a key strategic part in driving the company's digital marketing and e‑commerce initiatives.

What you'll be doing Coordinate with the team, including Area Sales Managers (ASM), Area Territory Managers (TM), and Local Distributors (DB), to negotiate Trade Term Agreements (TTA) with selected C2C stores.

Execute Plan‑Do‑Check (PDC) cycles for agreed‑upon Marketing Solution activities.

Monitor and evaluate store performance based on "sell‑in" and "maebake" metrics.

Work together with the team to build and maintain strong relationships with store representatives.

Develop strategic plans and implement necessary improvement activities designed to increase overall sales.

What we're looking for

Minimum 3‑5 years of experience in e‑commerce or digital marketing, preferably in the consumer goods industry or B2B wholesaler industry

Strong understanding of e‑commerce platforms, digital marketing strategies and analytics

Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive business decisions

Proven track record of successfully managing digital marketing campaigns and e‑commerce channels

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams

Proactive, adaptable and capable of working in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment

Relevant educational background, such as a degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing or a related field
