– West Full Time Salary: Rs20,000 – Rs25,000/month Location: West (including West Karawang, West Java, Indonesia)

Key Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Google, and TikTok.

Create engaging content (posts, captions, visuals, videos) aligned with brand identity and marketing goals.

Monitor and analyze campaign performance using digital analytics tools, providing regular reports and recommendations.

Manage social media accounts, ensuring consistent posting, audience engagement, and community growth.

Optimize website and social media content for SEO to increase online visibility and search rankings.

Coordinate online advertising efforts, including paid ads, remarketing, and boosting strategies.

Conduct market research to identify trends, customer behaviour, and competitor activities.

Collaborate with sales and design teams to ensure marketing efforts support business goals.

Manage email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and customer databases.

Maintain brand consistency across all digital channels.

Track and manage online customer inquiries, reviews, and messages promptly.

Suggest creative ideas for promotions, campaigns, and seasonal marketing initiatives.

Candidate Selection Criteria

Educational & Qualifications – Relevant diploma or degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience). Additional certifications in digital marketing, social media management, or analytics are an advantage.

Skills & Competencies – Strong understanding of digital platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google). Ability to create engaging content and write clear, error‑free copy. Good analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insights. Knowledge of SEO, online advertising, and basic graphic design tools. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time‑management abilities.

Experience – Proven experience in digital marketing or a similar role. Experience managing social media platforms, running ads, and tracking campaign results. Portfolio of previous work (posts, campaigns, ads) is an advantage.
