Requirements

Bachelor’s (S1) or Master’s degree in Economics & Business, Engineering, IT, Informatics, Statistics, Finance, Law, Risk Management, or other relevant fields.

Fresh graduates or early professionals with less than 2 years of work experience.

Strong analytical, critical thinking, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills.

High willingness to learn, curious mindset, detail‑oriented, and agile in a fast‑paced environment.

Fluent English communication (verbal and written).

Possess Home Credit's Leadership Qualities.

Additional certifications or professional training related to audit, risk, compliance, governance, or technology will be a valuable advantage.
