Job Description

Responsibilities

Develop and execute recruitment strategies aligned with company hiring needs. Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and qualifications. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, offering, and onboarding. Develop and implement employer branding programs. Create engaging content for social media, career pages, and recruitment campaigns. Participate in job fairs, campus hiring, and other employer branding activities. Prepare reports and monitor recruitment KPIs and branding effectiveness.

Requirements

Bachelorโ€™s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Management, or a related field. Proficient in English (both written and spoken). Minimum 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding. Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes and sourcing strategies. Good communication skills, with a creative and analytical approach. Proficient in Microsoft Office, ATS, job portals, and social media recruitment tools.
