Requirements & Qualifications

Minimum bachelor’s degree (S1) from any major with minimum GPA of 3.00

Minimum 10 years HR experience, including having worked in a multinational company.

Must be fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Strong knowledge of manpower laws.

Good communication skills, leadership, and must be detail oriented.

Computer literacy (Ms. Office: Excel, Power Point, Outlook, OneDrive) is mandatory.

Job Description

Responsible for all human resources functions, including employees engagement, recruitment, training, performance management, payroll and industrial relations.

Coordinate with external parties including relevant authorities and HR vendors.

Supervise the HR team.

Perform any other HR-related tasks as required.
