In-Country Sales Lead
Location: Jakarta Indonesia
This role is open to Thai locals/citizens only
We are specifically seeking candidates with:
Product Focus:
Deep expertise in
Value Products
across Infrastructure, Software, Security, and Cloud domains.
Channel Experience:
Proven experience working with or for Tier 1 or Tier 2 distributors/vendors
Tier 1 & Tier 2 Mastery:
Knowing how to leverage Broadline distributors versus specialized VADs (Value-Added Distributors).
Alliance Management:
Understanding how to \"co-sell\" with giants
Job Responsibilities and Accountability –
Strategic Planning and Market Analysis
Lead Generation and Pipeline Management
Client Relationship Management
Proposal Development and Contract Negotiation
Collaboration with Internal Teams
Partnership Development
Qualification and Experience Required -
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
A master’s degree (e.g., MBA) is an advantage.
10+ years of experience in Technology/ Software sales.
Must have sales experience any of the 2 domains: Infra/ Security/ Software OR Cloud domain
B2B sales experience is a MUST
Proven track record of achieving revenue and growth targets.
Experience in negotiating and closing complex deals
Strong business acumen and understanding of market dynamics.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
Analytical skills to assess market trends and data-driven decision-making.
Relationship-building and networking capabilities.
Strategic thinker with problem-solving abilities.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and resilient.
Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions
