Business Analyst

The role of our business analyst is to help assess and communicate the impact of our solution to both internal team or client’s team. The person will collaborate with team members and other stakeholders in Singapore and abroad.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with clients to gather and refine business requirements, ensuring alignment with AI solution capabilities.

Translate complex retail challenges into clear analytical problem statements and solution blueprints.

Partner with product and data science teams to design, test, and refine AI-driven features.

Support go-to-market teams with value articulation, ROI modeling, and business case development.

Drive stakeholder engagement and change management efforts during solution rollout.

Track and communicate business impact post-deployment, ensuring continuous value delivery.

Maintain deep knowledge of retail operations, KPIs, and industry trends to guide innovation and prioritization.

Requirements

Min 4 years of experience in business analysis, consulting, or strategy roles

Strong knowledge of retail operations (e.g., merchandising, supply chain, pricing, or store ops).

Proven track record in leading analytical projects and delivering business impact.

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills — both technical and non-technical.

Experience working with data teams (data scientists, engineers) and product managers.

Strong proficiency in tools like SQL, Excel, Power BI/Tableau; exposure to Python/R is a plus.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile, and collaborative environment.

Fluency in English (spoken and written) is a must — you'll be working with international clients and cross-functional teams.

Excellent presentation skills is a must

Excellent analytical and conceptual thinking skills

Experience working in projects that involve stakeholders based in different countries will be a plus
